Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Ekklesi SaaS service, a platform for creating and managing church websites.
Service description
Ekklesi allows churches to create and manage a website including a homepage, news, announcements and teachings. The service is provided as SaaS, accessible via a web browser.
Registration and account
Registration is reserved for authorized representatives of a church or religious organization. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
Plans and pricing
- Free period: 30 days of access to the full site (homepage, news, announcements and teachings), no credit card required.
- Ekklesi subscription: monthly billing at €59.99/month after the free period, everything included.
Displayed prices are indicative and may vary by currency and country; the exact amount is confirmed by your payment provider (Paddle or pawaPay) at checkout.
Payment
Ekklesi offers two payment methods, chosen at first purchase and locked for your church:

Card (Paddle): card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record (billing, VAT, monthly subscription). By subscribing, you also accept Paddle's terms applicable to your transaction.

Mobile Money (pawaPay): for churches in Africa, mobile money payments (MTN, Orange, M-Pesa and other supported operators) are processed by pawaPay. The service is billed as month credits; by paying via pawaPay, you accept pawaPay's terms applicable to your transaction.
Term and cancellation
With Paddle (card): the subscription is for an indefinite term, renewed monthly. You may cancel at any time via the Paddle customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
With pawaPay (Mobile Money): service access is covered by month credits. Failure to top up when credits expire results in suspension of paid features.
Refunds
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from each first payment to request a full refund. Beyond that period, amounts paid are non-refundable. Details are available in our refund policy.
User obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to publish illegal or defamatory content, and to respect third-party rights.
Service availability
Ekklesi strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may be performed with reasonable notice when possible.

Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
